Anyone going to the Bulldog Bash??

Hello guys,

Just wondering if anyone is going to this years Bulldog Bash?

I went last year and it was awsome. the best Fireworks I have ever seen, good bands (this year is status quo and the wurzels so perhaps not quite as gooder bands as last year, but there are AC/DC and the Who Cover bands plus many more, as well as the dance tent for those without taste!! :neenaw: ). There's a 24hr Bar, wall of death, custom show, fairground rides and free Late night, adult entertainment. Best of all, for ?12, you get as many goes as you want on the quarter mile dragstrip over 3 days!!

Got trounced by a nitrous Bird last year!! :shooter: :shooter:

Toilets are well looked after and the Angels drive lorries through the camp site selling slabs of beer right next to your tents. There is no trouble there and last year there was only one reported crime in the whole weekend which is pretty good going (missing wallet)!

PS it seems from the VFR site, some people have very set views about the bulldog. I'm not interested in these, but if you want to come along it would be great to meet up at some point while we're there.

Unfortunately it coincides wth Sheepfest :bang: this year, so ill be missing it! Have to agree that last year was great though (and on my doorstep, so to speak).

Would like to do that sometime although yet again another festy like the Bulldog which seems to be letting the side down musically.
