Cool, St Leonards is pretty close. 'spose you heard about that refuse collection lorry getting stuck up London Road yesterday then? Stuck in traffic for bloody ages, nothing could go up or down the main road.....

PS saw the same guy twice on a blue bird yesterday round your area - not you was it? I have a candy red bike, tinted Shoei. Passed you in town then again about an hour or two later Hastings area if I remember correctly.

The blue one belongs to a copper, so dont try and burn him off, pulling away from the lights.

I am in Hythe, Kent... which is not too far round the coast, I am not in the UK right now but want to get out for a ride while I am back... I will post something to you Sussex boys when I return and we can go for a blat maybe... Nice to have a destination far enough away to make it worthwhile...!

Regular meet in south

Hi ,
Does anyone here regularly stop of anywhere ona particular night.
I work odd shifts and sometimes at 8pm am looking for somwhere to wind down. I ussually ride down to boxhill but that closes at 9pm.

Hi mate, if you mean somewhere around London, then I can't help I'm afraid as I live in East Sussex, but if you are looking for anywhere around Sussex, then the first place I thought of (but not the only of course!) would be a cafe in Horam called WESSONS - some of my mates and I go there at the weekend of midweek if we are out riding, but have to admit never been there in the evening.

I've heard people talking about meets in Hastings and Brighton, though again have not been to any evening ones. You will probably find something going on in Rye as well.

Sorry that its not much help but I work nights so never get the bike out at night, so only ride during the day!!

I am only based in Sutton and distance is not a problem if there something at the end of the rainbow otherwise I just ride around like usual and have a drink at home.

If its too far then do you want to suggest some where else? I don't know where about in London you are.....

Sorry guys, haven't been online for a few days so missed most of this, am usually out on most sundays and generally manage to get to Wesson's in the morning during rider training then spend the rest of the day bimbling about just going wherever the mood takes me (then have to use the GPS to find my way homec7u8 ). Will definatly have to meet up.

Yes it was an excellent route and ride just a shame it got cut short by my work but luckily for myself and the patients we didnt get it was a quiet night on the night shift. I hope I can go out again soon (Friday 14th July looks good as far as my shifts go).
