Spoke to Simon this morning and to say he was a bit miffed at how those who attended the last photoshoot were treated is an understatement
After the chat I had the following email from Simon ..
I'd contacted Jaws this morning to see if anyone would be interested in coming to do a photoshoot with RiDE… but I'm very concerned to learn that people who took the trouble to come out and help with a similar feature in 2011 (which appeared in the March 2012 issue) feel they were let down by the freelancers doing the story and this seems to have tarnished the reputation of the mag in Bird–owning circles. I've only heard about this today – I hope you'll accept my apology on behalf of the magazine.
I've tracked down the pictures taken on the day and can let those who came on the shoot have copies. Just send an email to ride@ride.co.uk with "Blackbird Owner Pics" in the subject line and give us your name and address, then we'll send you a DVD with the images from the shoot. I have to stress: you do need to email us. We don't have anyone's details, so can't send you the pictures unless you get in touch to give us your postal address.
Will we now do another similar story? We'd still like to, but it obviously depends on who's interested (especially in January!) If you WOULD be up for coming out on your bike in the next week or two, either to Peterborough or somewhere nearby, then please email the magazine (ride@ride.co.uk) and make the subject line "Volunteer". I'll reply to any who get in touch early next week.

Simon has asked I collate all address's of those who attended and he will get a DVD with all the pictures on it sent out to you..
If you attended, send me an email ( straightfour@aol.com ) with your user name, actual name and full address and I will get it organised for you no problem @tu*
The reason you should send it to me in the first instance is to stop those that did not attend trying to blag a free DVD of us lot making fools of our selves ! LOL !!!
