Jap bikes are for people that like the thrill of speed and an acknowledgement of precision engineering, sorry if i upset anyone.

The only problem is 7/10 riders don't know how to use the engineering so they'd be better off on a Harley anyway. This way, they'd probably be less of a danger to themselves and others.
BTW, I am not saying that all Harley riders are incompetent, many have chosen to ride Harleys for their own reasons (just like Steve) and good luck to 'em. :beer:

It's cool Geoff !!!! :}

OK....I've been riding for more than 30 years and have owned most makes and models in those years. I bought the 'Bird almost two years ago and thought that it would be my last bike ever !!!! Just lately, I'm getting itchy feet and want to move on to something else.....getting tired of the constant screaming about and the aches and pains when I get off of the 'Bird.

I have always loved the Harley brand (even had one in the dark days of the AMF years).....I just enjoy the bikes and the tinkering and spanner work that comes with owning one. The 'Bird is a fantastic bike but for me it is just a bit too clinical.....in the time I've had mine NOTHING has gone wrong or needed me to play with it.....so I'm getting bored !!!!!!

Hence the location line....I'm trawling the dealers in search of my next bike !!!!

Oh....and it's Steve...Supa.....Oi You...or Arsehole...... I don't mind Geoff !!! :}
