Zone alarm

Downloaded zone alarm, but when it is activated it will not let me access the net,

Phoned telewest and the guy said I need to allow browser permission F*cked if I can figure out how to do that

Help anyone?

Go into you Zonealarm control panel and open program control,then open programs and you should see all your programmes and the access and server column's with green tick,red crosses and blue question marks.
Make sure Generic host and internet explorer have a green tick in the ACCESS, trusted & internet boxes and SERVER, trusted box.

Also make sure program control is in learning mode.
