will a yt14 battery fit in my 96 bird??....as the bloke in hein gerrick said hes sure it will as its the same shape but a bit taller and will have a bit more umph in it......they got £53 batterys going for£20!!was gonna grab a few as me other 3 bikes run yt 14s aswell.......

I have a YTX14BS in my carb bird - strap is quite tight but it fits without problem.

Is that battery deal just in your local store or a coutrywide offer/clearence ?

all stores are having to sell everything, so best to call store before you visit i reckon
there all shutting down.....not alot left in the bristol one...i had the last 6xl jacket in the shop.....i didn't manage to get me batteries today...i`ll go tomorrow and grab em.i also picked up 4x ngk plugs for the bird for £26 the other week...they were £10.94 each!!alot of stuff is now 60% off...batteries,filters,oils,cleaning stuffs......few pairs of boots/gloves/jackets left
