Just checked todays map of hot spots..

SO WHY THEFECK ARE THE'EXPERTS' PUTING US IN TIER TWO ???
No wonder hardly any is taking any notice of WHAT the wankers say any more

First figures in brackets are from 3 days ago, last figures from today

North Norfolk - (67), 51.5

East Suffolk - (159), 91.4

West Suffolk - (114), 68.1

I'm on the borders of where Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Shropshire meet, as rural as a rural thing yet all three counties are in tier 2, mostly because of Telford, Worcester and Hereford bigish towns/cities that don't play by the rules.

South Kesteven has an infection rate lower than the national average, but we're in Tier 3, apparently because Lincolnshire as a whole has a high infection rate, probably because of Boston, Sleaford & Lincoln. Even Peterborough, which has a high infection rate (& 12 miles away) is only Tier 2.

Londinium is the domain of the feckless lying barstewards.
Now that they have to keep the house of commons bars/restaurants matching all the outside places there's no way they'll let London be in the highest tier.

How do they do it?
Take a lesson from Yes Minister.

If you do fewer tests then your infection rate (as a proportion of the population you'll note - not a proportion of the tests) will always be lower.
Simples

I cannot believe anyone over the age of six still says or writes 'simples'.

My end of Staffordshire borders Leicestershire, Warwickshire & Derbyshire all of which will be in tier 3 after lockdown so basically still in lockdown after this one ends, all that will change is a few more shops will open & a gym or two as far as I can see :nusenuse:Makes about as much sense as a chocolate fireguard to announce it now

This one has me confused, I can gather with up to 5 more people outside in a public place such as a park but cant gather with those same people in my back garden, all I can think of is this is to stop people having BBQ's etc that's something that has been happening around here anyway regardless of what restrictions are in place

Believe it of not it is with the fuckwits around here
I know there is one tonight or tomorrow night a few doors down, yes I know it makes little sense but common sense is certainly lacking with this particular family

Sounds pretty much like the fuckwits up the road in Merthyr on the Gurnos estate. At one point, it had the highest infection rate in the UK (prolly still has). They won't listen to guidance and insist on living in each other's pockets.
