went to the ring last year around june time. we were staying in Koblenz and was with a bike club i'am a member of. most of the guys in the club have been before on more than one occasion. when i eventually got there, "rock am ring" was just starting which is their equivalent of glastonbury so track was closed (even the museum) and thousands of pissed and stoned germans etc were milling around.
youve got to go if you get the chance, and ride the track. just be careful and take it easy.
i will get around there at some point.

Awesome ...
Tip 1. Follow someone who knows the circuit and is prepared to ride at YOUR pace.
Tip 2. See Tip 1.
Tip 3. Fit standard silencers, they sometimes do a noise check and its a feckin long way to travel to be told to sod off.

If you go on this w/site you will have to run your cursor along the bottom of the page (full page) and guess where the click bit is (well I did)

Try These!

Neil and Ann Leigh of AEAventures, they run a Bikers B&B about 10 minutes from Spa in Belgium, and a great hours ride to the Ring, Neil is also a Ring Instructor and will take you there and show you the ropes, he also instructs at Spa. Great accomadation, Food and setting etc. :yo:
