Camping in the beer garden is sort of asking for someone to trample the tents down and proly get em sicked and pissed on too

Its kinda out of the door of the pub and there ya go..

All piss taking aside, I think the only serious issues were
1) Toilet facility, or lack of, until the guv'nor decided to open up ( Sat. morning that meant about 0940 and a lot of folk with crossed legs ! )
2) Totally unforseeable this one.. It was decided to go into town for a chinky. Would you believe there is not a chink restaurant in the whole area ..

At least you tried Smix.. A lot more than a lot of others have done.

Excuse me if I'm outa line here, but that one was organised by someone from the south because no-one from the north could be arsed, I believe.

If no loo, what's wrong with the nearest bush/tree? That's all we had when I started camping (yeah, I know, Methusalah was there too). When you gotta go and all that. Besides, it's only those of us of the female persuasion that have any slight discomfort with peeing outside, the rest of you are perfectly equipped for the job!

Did someone not check with any of the locals about other food? How can someone from the far south be expected to know what's there?

With all due respect Arty, if you think I or anyone else at the meet was willing to take a dump at the side of a road / in the car park I suspect you would be sadly dissapointed !
Kinda shows you have never been to the venue mate, as there are NO bushes to hide behind.. not unless you are a stick insect or somesuch.

Still, I shall look forward to watching you perform at the next meet you turn up to ( providing of course there are no clashes with tax form filling in and stuff :neenaw: )
Cos I am sure you would not advocate someone doing something that you yourself would not do ??
