Well....My other older collegue who i worked with over two years ago is going back this wednesday with a managers title.
I think it's a token gesture with not much power. He will be doing all the audits and paperwork and will not be geting his hands dirty (not that he ever did).
I spoke with my RFM this afternoon and it's been mentioned already about his past layabout attitude, she will be closely monitoring him on his performance.
Apparently she was overuled regarding his return and pressure from above ranks has seen the prodigal son return for the fifth time!...We shall see.
FAO.. POW-LO...She has big saggy ones to match her enormous arse.
Played that game with them before from home for years where I really didn't have a telly, thousands of pounds worth of unpaid fines later I finally ended up in court and won making them look the complete pricks they are in the process

The highlight of my day was seeing a lycra clad numpty bouncing up the bonnet and screen of a car
Sat at the lights in the middle lane when they changed and all 3 lanes started to move then bang clatter a set of legs appear over the roof of the car to my left and a bike goes skidding out in front of me, I had seen the whole thing unfold
Numpty had come screaming up the path and tried to beat the changing lights at the crossing with the above hilarious result as we all pulled away on green............. and the best thing about it i am pretty sure it was the same twat I showed my displeasure to not so long ago
Nope it friggin hurt!

Nope nowt to do with me! its all under camera there anyway so what happened should be obvious without me getting involved
I looked over and saw it was a woman driving the car so went steadily past to make sure the idiot wasn't giving her any crap then saw what I presume was her husband unfold himself from the passenger seat and thought oh he's a big lad who should be able to deal with that so carried on my merry way
