Sounds interesting.

My favourite fat boy snack is to slather Marmite peanut butter on toast, cover with extra mature cheddar and then back under the grill until the cheese has all melted and proper gooey.

It's a heart attack on a plate, but fuck me it tastes devine. If you want to make it a bit elfy, pour a can of Heinz Five Beans on top, but you'll fart like Billy-O for three days after.
mmmm, that's lunch sorted for me then.

CT scan done after starving myself for 24 hours. Never did cheap coffee & a digestive taste so good.

Currently at home watching the rain & drinking a decent coffee while contemplating what to have for lunch.

If you don't have marmite peanut butter, just use marmite first then normal peanut butter.

As an aside, and listen up cos this is important, it has to be proper peanut butter, none of that shite that's full of palm oil, sugar and stuff. Only ingredients permitted are peanuts and about 0.5% sea salt. None of this Planter's, Skippy's or any of that shite. Pip & Nut and Manilife are the best, with the dark roast variants being a (positive) assault on the taste buds.

I had a cracking fat boy breakfast a5 a garden centre this week; Two small omelettes topped with bits of sausage , bacon and mushrooms, cheese melted over the top with a final drizzle of baked beans.

A touch too much cheese for me but otherwise spot on.

And yes, it is possible to have too much cheese - I really don’t get how people can gorge themselves with a fondue but hey, we are all different.

Just happens that I am right.

I can't eat omelettes cos of me egg allergy, which is f'ing annoying.

Even you have to be right once, although it's not very clear what you're claiming to be right about this time.

Same here, had CT scan with dye (now that's a strange experience) at some ungodly time (8.30am), Two of my lovely friends took me.

Off out tonight to a quiz, in bad books with mad parrot as he can't come out

Took both wheels off Ethel for new rubber to be fitted. Michelin Road Classics. Never tried them before. Always ran on Avon Roadriders but they seem to be unavailable since they closed Melksham and moved to France. Anybody got experience with them?

Pleasant wait at Zante airport, got on the plane ten minutes late, apparently normal for Greek time, pilot announced, we are going to have at least an hour’s wait due to shit weather in Manky land, kids got invited to have a look in the cockpit (no not like the film Airplane) eventually took off an hour & ten minutes late, arrived in Manchester at 17.05 but had to circle for twenty minutes, landed as far away from the terminal as possible & took ages taxiing, luckily everything went smoothly from then, picked the dogs up at 20.30.

Needed a quiet day after yesterday's hospital appointment. Met up with some U3A friends for a coffee and natter.

Then met up with another friend of mine for lunch in our usual watering hole (y)

My quiet day after my hospital appointment was work at 7.30 but finished at 3.00pm. Took a walk around the village then drove into town to pick up Mrs L's tablets.

Visited the office for the last time, handed in my laptop and phone, robbed the stationery cupboard and gave in my badge, drove off into retirement
Now do as much as you can, when you can, for as long as you can. Make the most of all the days left to you.

Have a long and peaceful retirement.

You will wonder how you had time to go to work in a few weeks.
