Bev’s is pretty straight forward but with Joe’s conditions he won’t be so straight forward, poor kid’s terrified but trying to be brave, it’s the needles that scare him.
Today I had a very irate call from a property owner on the site I manage saying that his solicitor was blaming me for the delay in conveyancing in respect of his property sale.
After letting him blow himself out I pointed out that I was completely unaware of the sale (no reason why I would other than anecdotally) and have had no contact whatsoever from his solicitor. He wasn’t having it and insisted his solicitor was right. I told him that shouting at me wouldn’t achieve anything and suggested he check with his solicitor and seek evidence that they have contacted me.
About half an hour later I get an email from the solicitor asking for the management pack…..
I‘m sure the seller will call me to apologise.
i have emailed the solicitor back advising that the fee for the management pack needs to be paid before I move forward. Be interesting to see how long that takes to turn up.
