Well as he's a professional upholsterer, then YES excellent.

Only just seen this...so, what ya saying..as opposed to an unprofessional
upholsterer? There's only so high a standard that one can achieve with owt innit, upholstery included. So what's that legendary myth about Melboy seats being the dog's?

I have a Melboy seat which was, err well, a seat :dunno:, but eventually split and needed recovering. Took it to Tony in 'Uddersfield and first thing he said when I presented it to him was "ey oop ecky thoomp ee bah gum who the fook recovered this in the first place Timmy Taff ya Welsh ladyparts ? ( fooks sakes they talk funny up here:eek:)

Why? says I.

"Just that the material used is pretty cheap and shite and the piping is in the wrong place and not finished proper like, oh and dus tha wanna pork pie with ya tripe and onion salad samwich Taffy Twat? Whoa, Whoa Whoa !!! Watch ya don't sit on me whippet" ( they can be soooo rude up here too)

I explained that it was a Melboy seat and I wanted the Melboy label underneath saving and that's when he gasped, took a step backwards, looked in awe  at the seat and said " Melboy? Fookin MELBOY ? Who the fook is Melboy sithee :dunno:?"

Summat like 50 odd quid later my seat is recovered similar to ianrobbos but not in them ghastly, garrish colours. :-0)

I love it up North. No pretentious twats up here. Call a ladyparts a twat :yo:

What bike have ya got, year/colour/milage? just so we can truly visualise it@tu* and do ya mean you are going to fix your shock or waiting for another job to come along as a shock?

If it's the former then I recomend you send your old shock to Jaws for overhaul... absolute bargain:yo:
