Russian MOBs (mail order brides) tend to be white, although some have a Mediterranean complexion. If you order one from way over east, such as Vladivostok then they can have elfin eyes, which is commensurate with a lot of oriental Asians.

Now, when considering Thai MOBs, or LBFMs to the initiated (little brown fucking machines), they're typically of a darker complexion.
