Welsh Day out

Back from a lovely day out around GODScountry bit cold but warm company,cheers Stan for the days jaunt. My thanks to the crashed can which closed the road forcing us to take a detour (what a detour) lovely bit of twisty road, and Blumeeni even got to mixit with a few hundred sheep.
Lucky Stan with a free replacement rear tyre from Avon after discovering a shitty screw sticking out, my luck was not the same as half way round I found one in my rear (Tyre that is) but I have only 6mm left so its replacement time.

yeh,great day huw(hugh?)apart from the tyre mis-haps.go to your tyre supplier and show him the tyre..you may be lucky and get a free replacement also.the "detour" over/through upper/lower chapel is indeed a cracking bit of road...may introduce it into the welsh weekend(that'll please artemis :} )lovely views to...and all those sheep calling "beeeeeeeerrrrt" :} he's gonna love it.

Ah the road over Eppynt. Fond memories of that one, used to ferry my son back & forth to Christ College in Brecon on that road. Turn right for Garth, there's a really great view at the top, just before you start dropping down towards Garth.

I too just had a day out round God's country with 8 drops and one pick-up in a wagon! Not as nice as the day you lucky bastid's had though, I was working. :violin: Still, it was good to be back around the mountains. :-:
