As far as I am aware you have kept this place going out of your own pocket for many years so I see no reason not to get some of that money back if you want John, if you make a substantial profit on the deal good for you, you have earnt that as far as I can tell

No matter who takes over the place most of us regulars will remain up until either the fees go through the roof or the new owners make a mess of it in some other way, that's their lookout not ours

As far as I can see in the few years I have been here the forum has become less about the bikes & more about the people, a good few of who I am happy to call friends even if I have not met them all, that friendship, the bullshit, banter & knowledge of blackbirds in particular & life in general will remain even if we were all to gather on a knitting forum

Go for it & enjoy the fruits of you labour John we can all gather elsewhere & continue the fun if need be
