Only bike on the road was a knackered ZX9R with a power ranger on board... What a waste of a day.

Hope for some more when not working really soon.

The sun was indeed shining!!!! Left home headed toward Chester on the A51, going over Kelsall hill could see into Wales, clear and beautiful, hung a left at Chester and headed down the A483 into bandit country, picked up the A5 thru Llangollen, into Betws-y-coed, passed Capel curig and Bethesda. Crossed the Menai bridge and ended up at Beaumaris in Anglesey. Lunch on the front, (fish and chips) 8ree! then an adrenalin driven, arse clenching, ride back. Home before the frost, (just)!, 208 miles done, wash down and beer. A perfick day methinks. Roads were salty but mostly dry, the brand new Avons behaved impeccably, and my heated grips were.........well heated! smilie_koc :lick:
