You'll Hate this Well I'm back

I is a biker again, well sort of, I mounted my steed of choice yesterday, and actually rode it to Sherburn, not far I know, but it's a start, I'm still too weak to get on and ride the Bird, so the CBF had to do, it was as if I was a learner again, and had trouble riding in straight lines going, coming back was a lot better but I tired very quickly so stopped for a rest and a brew at a friends house, Yvo was following on her CB600 giving ME!!! advice, that soon stopped when I pointed out she was forever leaving her indicators on, LOL. Well I'm chuffed with myself and bloody relieved I can start to ride again without dropping the damned thing, unlike a bell end that chucked his bike up the road outside the cafe in front of hundreds by "trying" to pull a wheelie, he wasn't hurt so all those that saw him chuck it away all had a good laugh at his expenseIMG_20190703_175300.jpg IMG_20190703_182223.jpg .

I'm busy Sunday, helping Yvo put up a metal motorbike shed, the jammy mare won for £400 quid, I'd been looking for similar for months without any luck and she drops on this for less than a quarter of the price of a new one, Should be interesting, still can't raise my hand far over my head or use a screwdriver properly with it, bashing nails is a laugh as well "not that the garage contains nails or screws" so I'll be good at sorting it out when it gets to waist hight LOL anyone is welcome to come and help of course LOL :)

What time you doing it, if Bev doesn’t have plans I should be ok even with my trapped nerve, should provide you with a few laughs when I stretch too much & yell out in pain.

We are starting on Saturday afternoon when she finishes work, and when we get up Sunday p0ossibly 9 am:eek: I've asked her to sort out the base pieces before I get there, so I'll likely have to do that when I get there, :( if your serious Derek I'll text you her address in Brierly. (y)

Well this day just gets better and better !!!!!
What bloody brilliant news Yin (y)
Great to hear it mate.. Do not worry about the Bird... You, me and many other brain fart victims can only do what we feel happy with.
Honest truth, I doubt I will ever seriously ride my Bird now.. Riding it aint the problem.. Its when you stop the trouble starts !!

Well, a big thank you to young Derek, even though you did arrive at something to 9 AM FFS!! who in their right mind gets up at 9 AM on a Sunday morning o_O well most of it's done, just need to find out how to put the last few panels on, IMG_20190707_123859.jpg IMG_20190707_141717.jpg IMG_20190707_144156.jpg IMG_20190707_164610.jpg IMG_20190707_164610 (1).jpg IMG_20190707_164624 (2).jpg IMG_20190707_171728 (1).jpg

I wouldn't have done it that way:eek::confused:
Hope it's fixed down!

New house in an infill site round the corner. New metal shed appeared.

A few days later I see blockwork going up.
I think, that's a bit close to the shed!!!
They built a 100mm concrete block wall al around the shed except for the door and plastered it?????

I'm sorry I didn't take a picture.

Up the country years ago a "mobile home" was placed on a field. Some time later block walls were put up around it up to roof level with holes for windows. Looked totally daft.

No worries Ian, pity I couldn’t have stayed longer, pushed 16 large round(ish) bales of hay into storage then set about fixing the field shelter, had to give up on that till I get some more wood, pleased to say my arm didn’t suffer any more from the exertion, it’s no better but at least it’s no worse.
