Sadly it doesn't work like that, there’s no guarantees, Aaron Lennon’s brother was a better player but there was too much competition for his position, he went on to work in I.T.
Leeds is one of the most successful academies, Spurs took three promising youngsters from our academy, the only one who came anywhere near #uccess was Danny rose.
Jamie Forester was banging goals in for fun for the u18’s I think he had two games for the first team & was then released, ended up struggling in the lower leagues.
