I reckon most folk on here know how much I rate WD40.. or not would be more accurate
In the interest of balance here are some things it is useful for..




Just never use it on locks ( that bloke in the video is gonna have SOOO much fun in a few weeks time ! )
Never use it on anything electrical unless you intend to thoroughly clean off later to do the job properly OR replace the item
Never use it as a rust repellent unless you intend treating the object regularly at 2 to 3 week periods..( cos after a while it starts to absorb water rather than repel it !! )

I got a serious scrape on a car bonnet years ago. I used WD40 on it and whenever I thought of it, not very often.

I had the car 4 years and the rust never progressed!!!!

Fabulous cleaner for oily hands.......but a moisturiser should be used after!!

Greta for wiping off oily tools as well.

No not that, the tools you use on engines you dirty bugger.
