Ok if I go from pembroke to crickhowell up to aber and back down again it's a 250 mile roundtrip for me. Sound's like a nice little trip for me:yo: .

Right, work just phoned:bang: , have to go away till friday evening and will check your postings again when i am back.

I will leave pembroke saturday at 8. I like to wait for you in Builth Wells.
Should be there around 10, it's 80 miles and even I should make that one .
I will wait on station road, thats the A470 just passed the bridge in builth wells.
There is a petrol station and a little chef.
Lets hope for nice weather and whoever is coming, have a great and safe trip.

sorry we missed you at Builth Wells... A mix up in the texts I think...

Good to finally meet up with Arthur at Devils Bridge...

We had a great weekend...

Many thanks to Oldbull & Sharon for allowing us to "tag along" on their weekend.

It was also great to meet Steve & Belinda (Pan tourers extrordinaire...LOL)

Friday afternoon started drizzly, but brightened up when we got into Wales... A reet gud laff was had in a "hostellery" in Cwm where we ordered 6 coffee's, and got some real funny looks... All ended up well, when they discovered we weren't Hardly riders...

Saturday was superb, with great roads & nice folk to chat with...

Sunday dawned wet n wild, but even that brightened up after a trip up the Horseshoe pass to the famous Ponderosa...where Jan & I said our goodbyes to the other four & headed south for home...

Had a nice little vie for position with a Porsche Carrera 4, ending up with us in front by a good mile and a half...:-: God, I love this new machine...:bow:

Thanks all we met this weekend, and sorry to all those we missed...

Must do it again soon.

As Rolfy says we had a cracking weekend and some good riding and company..
very sorry we missed you Arthur but I didnt know you had posted up you were going ..we had already left before you posted ... Once Frank let us know he wasnt going we didnt think anyone else would be there :bang:

anyway nice to meet you in the end mate and hopfully be a little better organised the next time..

Cant make the main bash Im afraid Arthur as we are at Lemans for the GP on the same weekend..
Hopefully get a few more chances tho before season is over as we intend to come down at least one more time this year :bow:
