Unlocking a phone

I've bought an unwanted upgrade phone but it's locked to O2.
Need to unlock it to allow me to use on BT.
Anyone any experience of unlocking and/or know of a good unlock site?

Not absolutely sure its locked ( not received it yet ) the seller said it was on O2, but I also thought that most Samsungs are supplied unlocked these days.
Just asked the question in advance with a bit of forward planning.

The phone won't be locked .... Probably not if it was bought at CPWarehouse too!!

Phone arrived and was locked to O2.
Had a look at a couple of online sites but opted for a local phone shop - ?10 and all done.
