Every single puncture I had on a motorbike was the result of a screw getting embedded one way or another in the tyre.

I always wondered where they came from.

Never had a puncture on a car caused by anything other than a nail.

Imagine how dangerous that tyre would have been of they hadn't checked it.
That guy will never plug a tyre without looking inside.

He used to have a picture of a ceiling with the outline of a body (and blood) resulting from a big tyre exploding out of control- probably before cages were introduced for heavy vehicle tyres

Really ?
So your right up in the alps, the nearest town is 40 miles away. You have no fo e signal..but you will not plug it cos one in several hundred punctures are not what they seem.
Good luck mate... I will try anything rather than nowt

I went for a dyno run ....nail spat out of rear tyre at 160 mph plus from back tyre..... really lucky bike was strapped down when it happened rather than me taking a fast bend (not at 160 though:confused:)
