As a true story..................

Some time ago Cyclops purchased a Home Hairdressing Kit - As you would expect all in terms of saving even more money - the tight scrooge

Now clipping the front of one's barnet is relatively easy but, as Wolfie has found out, doing the back is a tadge more dificult

Without fail, every time Cyclepclips peforms the Magical "Money Saving Home Haircut" routine he always fails to miss the crown bit at the back and end up with a long tuft that resembles a toucans beak

In a vain effort to combat this erstwhile little tuftie on one occasion he shouts downstairs for his beloved Janet to "get ya sad arse up here and trim my tuftie"

Beloved wife duly appears in the bathroom and is instructed in the art of hairclipping

Now Cyclops whilst stressing the importance of "BEING CAREFUL" with said clippers, absent-mindedly forgets to tell Janet that he's referring ONLY to said tuftie

Clippers in hand, Janet [who is considerably smaller than Cycleclips], stretches on tip toe and proceeds to start clipping the nape of his neck in an upwards direction

Conversation [with sound effects] goes something like.............

Cyclops "Now be careful Janet or you'll make a mess of it"

Janet "Trust me Ian - I've not done this before but it can't be difficult"

Buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz [no not you Ellen]

High pitched buzzzzzz .................low pitched "straining" buzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Cyclops "What do you mean BUGGER"

Janet "Don't worry Ian - it'll grow back"

Cyclops "What do you mean GROW BACK?"

Instead of Number 3 clipping - Janet had removed the grade-guard thinking that removal was required to perform said clipping procedure

Cyclops now had a 2" wide - number 0 grade right up the back of his head

Cyclops "Just leave it alone you silly *&*"$"%$ "

Cyclops then appears a few days later - back out in public with what could best best described as "Straight out of the US Army" haircut all over
