top weekend

went up to the smoke to see matinee of spamalot,really funny,then went into a couple of pubs,then a really nice chinese in chinatown, moonlight walk down the embankment(with the wife ok) then off to our posh hotel for the rest of the night.......
up early(ish)had top breakfast in hotel followed by a wander round whitehall,downing steet on to covent garden more pubs then down to the mall for the falklands 25 parade bit of a wait for that but good when they came through everyone clapped them when they came past,made me proud to be british and the flypast down the mall was awesome,went for the train got straight on it and away,connection was waiting when we changed and as i walked in i watched the last 10 laps of us gp....
you tomorrow's gonna be crap!

We had the pleasure of watching the fly past planes go over our house on their way down to London. I'm glad they managed to get in formation for Her Maj, they were all over the place up here, terrible!

I watched the Trooping of The Colour on telly and it still brings a lump to my throat, we're a bloody good nation when we want to be!!! :bow:
