Couldn't cut a birdsmouth joint then obviously. At least they have used four nails in each joint. That should hold it.

Rafters look well short of wall plate.
Wonder if anything holds down wall plate.
Looks like only one fixing to wall plate.
Rafters look wrong proportion, more like
studding.

Know a case where builder built roof and felted it. A day later there was a storm.
Found the roof down the site, never strapped down wall plates.

Now you come to mention it that is CLS for internal studding. That has surely never been passed by Buildings Control.
