My God....someone else admits to it !!!! I had a Reliant Regal 21E many moons ago !!!!

Supa. I bought this for winter transport while I put my Suzook GT550 into hibernation, but I had never driven a car before. I didn't start car lessons until I was 22. Crazy isn't it that you could drive a 3 wheeler on a motorbike license.
1959 I think. 700cc side valve engine. Crash gearbox. Wipers but no washers. Absolute pile of shite, you're right.
I wrecked it in a month. The previous (second) owner was an old boy who had it from about 1965. He had really looked after it. He had even made little wooden picnic tables to hang over the front seats for the rear passengers.
I bought it for ?30 used it a dozen times and gave it away a year later because my dad was fed up of it rotting in the garden, lowering the tone of the neighbourhood.
