thinking of changing the fork oil

Been there, and had one

O/K..bikes done about 22,000 miles and I am thinking of replacing the fork oil.Looks straight forward enough to do myself.But is it worth doing at this mileage?Will I feel the benefit..or should I leave it for a while longer?? Any opinions appreciated chaps..

Just irritating that you need to take out forks to do properly.
I did do once by draining through bolt hole
