All to common but not often heard about and this particular incident wouldn't have become public if the met hadn't had to pay compensation :mad:

From a police point of view you are guilty and treated as such with as little regard to the law as they can get away, learn the rules of custody, remember any breaches then keep quiet and let them play their silly games until your lawyer get there, say nothing, do nothing and wait then ask him or her to obtain the tape and mention any custody rules breached straight away
