I saw this the other day. I dont think the Ponderosa will get hit as much as the owner thinks. Most of the time you cant go fast as theres normally a long line of cars going slowly to see the sights.

Cat and Fiddle up our neck of the woods has had average speed cameras (50mph) for
years now...Huge yellow gantries in a place of beauty ... a proper eye sore

What a pointless exercise, anyone who is going to break 60 limit up there is going to break a 40 as well & they already admit there has only been 1 prosecution for speeding since 2009, no mention of it being a bike either

As DanBow says you can rarely get up a head of steam there anyway for locals tourists & other bikes, not to mention it being heavily policed a lot of the time
