So for anyone interested here is the new bike, the Suzuki K4, :bow: bits and pieces to be added as time and finances allow.. Power Commander, Hugger, Tailtidy, etc etc.

Question 2...Trudi is not too keen on the colour of the wheels so a spray job could be on the cards...

Yep, nice bike and I concur about the "gay" wheel colour. Just a little bit too retro. Also, lose all that mush hanging off the back end, I bloody hate bike back ends with all the plastic there, nasty. AND, that can has to go.

Apart from that, I approve (not that you would care anyway!!):p

Your right about the rear end its shite, thats number 3 job behind the Race Can and Power Commander, and believe it or not the wheel colour is not so bad now..or should I go and lie down in the shade... :eek:

what can I say other than welcome to the club............Simply awesome, comfortable and truely confidence inspiring. Wait till you get a set of Diablo III's on it; ridiculous lean angles R us. Just fitted a front Brembo master brake cyclinder and lines to mine :bow: Jerez looks promising if I can keep it out of the gravel !!!

Got your tail tidy dude. Also have some R&G swing arm bobbins if ya want 'em? They protect the swing arm in the event of an off and you can use 'em as paddock stand lifters too. Had 'em on mine, but fitted the Gilles MotoGP chain adjusters/paddock stand lifters instead; blingtastic!

I had a customer come over yesterday with a Gixer thou (K3?). Anyway,a 53 plate bike in mint condition that some scrote had pushed off the side stand. No damage just scuffed the decals. So, I duly replaced the decals for him and we stood having a brew and talking bikes. He's just picked this Gixer up with upside down forks, nitride coated (standard??), fully adjustable Penske rear shock, full titanium Akrapovic system, K&N filter, Power Commander 3, over sized discs, radial Brembo calipers and radial Brembo master cylinder, with HEL lines. To top it all he's also got carbon-fibre Dymag wheels on it. The real pisser............he paid ?4,200 for it - cash! I reckon he's got a top bargain. He let me have a quick play and the thing is bloody quick, responsive, planted and just awesome.

He's next plan is full carbon-fibre bodykit with projector headlight and race seat unit and for me to do a trick paint job. I'm looking forward to this one.

I have just got to put a new rear on and when thats worn out so the front will be as well, then its time to get the wheels sprayed and a set of Corsas fitted. :bow:
Keep in touch on next years traveling and we will try and meet up again, thats if you can put up with us :eek:
