the latest ebay scam......beware!!!!!!

just got this this evening. Followed the link and filled it out...................with obscenities........yeah I know.........such a sweet person that I am!!!!!!!!! :p

this is the link it wants you to go to ..............look what its asking for........blimey.............thought I would be asked the colour of my underwear too.....................grey!!!!!!!! man8um

All too easily done but the url gives it away, should start with https for starters.

All peeps need to remember is that no genuine business or financial institution will ask for that information by e-mail or over a non secure connection, if you do come across a genuine business that doesn't follow those guidelines stop doing business with them because their security will not be worth squat.

I recently got a scam e-mail from "Pay Pal" asking for the same info, I have used them only once, the account info quoted was correct to the letter and the only place that the scammers could have gotten it was from Pay Pals supposedly secure server I no longer deal with Pay Pal and would recomend that nobody else does.

Be carefull out there folks.

I'd be careful of even clicking on a like like that. Last one I did a little forensic work on tried to install a keylogger trojan.

I recently put my bike on the web for sale and was disappointed by the very obviously Nigerian 419s responding.
