And so...

That was the Northern Meet in the Middle ride-out.

A great day, the weather was perfect, some brilliant roads with fantastic views, and with some excellent company.
In no particular order Fodder, Cheyrub & Lorraine, Chimes (and his mate Simon-Bandit), Grey Wolf, Skippy, Gareth, Clive & Kit, Stuey & Elaine, George, Murt and IanRobbo.

Thanks for a GREAT day out. See you all at Rossendale.

Quiney & Sandra

PS Perhaps this should become another 'regular' run. Where we meet in the middle and ride to where???? suggestions on a postcard please!!

Honoured to be made Clogger for the day, covered 775 miles all up

Thanks to Clive for a brill day and to Quiney for bringing up the rear, great to meet all you guys great day good company and I will definatly do it again. :yo: :yo: :yo: :yo:

Seethe, seethe, seethe.......

Magnificent photos guys...... where's all this northern rain - another myth?

Very impressed that you let a blue 'un ride with you! Did you eat him with the fish and chip supper?

Serious respect to Skip for the distance covered:bow:

Plus the fact that he received the ultimate honour of being made an honorary clogger.

Well done all

Geoff

Cheers for the accolades mate, you would have loved it wot with all those sheep an all :} Brings back memories of working up in far north Queensland when we would draw straws to see who would have to travel 280 miles to the local shop for a loaf of bread:rolleyes: much praise due to the Cloggers for an impressive rideout and generous hospitality accorded this sarvener:bow:

HMMMMMMMMMM............... got me thinking of the next southern Cross rally..................... 3700 miles 7 days..............

Cloggers.

Thanks for the pics, seems you had a cracker of a day. If, Clive, as you claim it was better than the Whitby run it must have been something special.

One thing though,

We wont miss next years,..

When your penciling in dates let us now and I'll add them to the diary page.

Don't forget the EOSB in Devon.

It was.....

indeed an excellent run out, bit of a pity I had a hangover all day! I still say we have the best roads up here! There was a distinct lack of police, speedtraps, cars and general hassle, bloody marvelous! Thanks to all.

Just look at that stunning fast blue one in the forground......

Bugger....

Yes, I know, I left out the word 'do' in the bubble above......it's to early in the day and I still have a partial hangover. Tried the 'hair of the dog' when I got in last night, bad move!
