Fed up with Xmas?
I was this morning :bang:
Wrapped enough presents, written enough cards, put up enough decorations?
We spent all day yesterday doing Xmas, and weren't finished ... but the sun was shining, the sky was blue, and there were empty roads just waiting.
Luckily, Mrs Sam took pity, and gave me a pass :k ... so I did a 100 mile round trip. Brilliant. R#?
Only saw 9 other bikes all day, on some of the best biking roads around (Hartside - empty today ... full of bikes and cam vans on a summer sunday

The only down-side was the state of the Bird when I got back. It was FILTHY, but the ride had been so good, it was all part of the fun getting it shining again.
Who needs summer?
OK - maybe it is better in summer, but it can be great being out n about in winter too :beer:
