Just posting our weight for Monday the fifteenth of March In the year 2004

As of 7.30am this morning Av8tor weighed 221lbs down 3lbs total loss to date 23lbs

As of 7.30am this morning Mrs Av8tor weighed 148lbs down 2lbs total loss to date 12lbs

Currently at 248 lbs.

(just 2 lbs loss I think - damn, it's getting harder) :cry:
