Hatches were well and truly battened down here yesterday after forecast for heavy overnight snow.
I don't think it even rained, although the sky is very heavy and foreboding but hopefully it's a little too warm at 6c.

As a matter of interest, what are the indicators that Norfolk has ground to a complete halt as it will be difficult to tell.
It is now lashing down with the forecast snow here, albeit in an unfrozen version.
What do you know about indicators?
I believe that is called rain Andy.. A bit like an orange lolly that is not frozen is called an orange drink
