Why can’t the cretins at Wimbledon keep quiet when needed?
it’s not that hard is it?

Anyone would think it is attended by those going to a social event rather than tennis fans…..probably never lifted a tennis stick in their lives.

It has been easier to purchase tickets this year so there are going to be all walks of life in there, last week there was a loud mouthed dickhead shouting “Oggie oggie oggie” every so often & the stupid crowd were responding.

I used to go a lot in the 70s when my dad was in charge of policing the event - someone shouting out was a rare event and they were soon put in their place by the other attendees.

Its the same at golf tournaments - all sorts of idiotic rubbish gets shouted. Even on the golf course there are those who can’t play a round without leaving a trail of beer cans in their wake.

I suppose it’s all quite reflective of how behaviour has deteriorated as the years roll by.

It's so that they can record the match and when they play it back they can say "that's me". The same with hecklers when a comedian is recording his stand-up show and the idiots at cycle races running at the side of the riders and/or wearing a funny costume.

the result should have been declared void after the event and either replayed or awarded to Denmark.

Apparently in Italy laser pens are often used by (so called) fans at Football matches with no real effort being made to catch the culprits.

Denmark showed a bit of class by not making a complaint when asked if they wanted to by UEFA and their keeper said he wasn’t even aware of it.

A rare display of class and integrity in top level sport of any type.

He says he wasn’t aware of it but he also says he complained to the ref about it.
