Back on the road after having the vinyl replaced with paint and the nose reqorked but still a few bits to do no thanks to the people doing the powder coating dragging their heels and letting us down :(

Wheels came back last minute and haven't been dipped however having seen them plain gloss black is better.

We're still going to dip the SW Motech bits & pieces when they come back as well as pick up a few accents on the Givis same as the instrument panel.

The orange lenses are temporary rather than the original clear ones until I do something trick with the spare pair.

Think she was sulking at being off the road as she's never been a bitch to put together before.

Keep the indicators orange, they go well with the colour, not so keen on the light but each to their own eh?? @tu*

For the full Tango effect you should get some of this stuff to treat your kit.

Sereous question, where did you source the lights from? They give it a sort of Ducati 749 look

The interior of the lights s my original 2.5 HD in the lower section with the upper being replaced with a 12W LED spot as per my second headlight conversion.

To get the look we took the perspex cover originally used on Tango MKI and fibreglassed it into the fairing. For painting the 2 portholes were left masked off.The original clear part of the headlamp shell was also removed before refitting.

COuple of decent(ish) daytime pictures (no FB account required)

Will the headlight still be acceptable at M.O.T. time, Mikey ?
Well the interior bits have been through an MOT before just not behind the modified nose .

Will worry about that later this year but no real reason why it shouldn't, beam pattern is unaffected from her previous use

Nice job Mikey, especially the headlight. As Vinceptor mentioned, it's got a Ducati 749 look about it - only better. @tu*

Where did you get the black reflective vinyl for the Honda wings..?

Its a scotch 3M material that a sign place ordered in for me

The graphics we used can be found here

For reference the wings measure 400mm from tip to tip at the widest point

Whilst the concept was mine big thumbs up to James at Liquid Grafix for actually doing the work including the nose
