Last weekend I took the 'Bird to MCT in Stowmarket, new fork springs/oil (slightly stiffer springs than they would normally fit due to me having the 6mm spacer fitted) and rear shock rebound adjusted to my weight. This has transformed the handling of my bike...its gone from being a bit squishy to really tracking around corners in a much more "sports bike" like fashion. Highly recommended!!.
