If true then it's in direct contravention of the Official Secrets Act and I would expect to see arrests if/when they set foot on UK territory again.
Having said that.... unless the Chinese also have a fleet of Western combat aircraft for them to fly (Similar to the Yanks Aggressor Squadrons) then they're not going to learn a great deal about Western air combat tactics.
Anything former aircrew can tell them about operational tactics they've already got through good old fashioned spying.

Just remembered…Last Man Standing.
Not a great Willis fan but that one is a cracker.
He was good in Moonlighting..although massively overshadowed by the lovely Cybill Shepherd.
