210 miles completed mainly on 'A' roads. Bill Smiths' Chester then to Whitchurch,
Ellesmere, Dolgellau for lunch on ice free roads. Started snowing as we left
Dolgellau and continued snowing as we travelled through Ffestiniog, Betws y
coed, Pentrefoelas, Cerrigydrudion and finally turned to rain at Llandegla.
Only saw two offroaders at Pentrefoelas who mentioned one of their group had
come off and broken an ankle.
