OK, Havent been active on here for ages so trying to keep the festive spirit and more importantly my biking alive over the winter, I was thinking of having a rideout to celebrate the new year.
We used to visit the Red Lion at Avebury for these but as it doesnt seem particularly good for food the lunch stop will be at Buddies at Towcester ETA 12.30pm.
Although the aim is to all meet at Buddies for Lunch, there will be a rideout from Foxes Diner, south of Abingdon (Berinsfield) leaving at 11am if people want a bit of a ride. The planned route (if the roads are dry) is below. If you want the autoroute or Tom Tom file you can get them and more details on the VFR forum
Date: Sunday January 6th, Leave Foxes at 11am with enough fuel to get to Buddies at 12.30pm
If you're interested stick your name down below (and where you're leaving from if you fancy meeting others on the way).

PS Snow, Rain or very Icy conditions would abort. But Dry and sunny would be perfect!
PPS Buddies is on the southbound side of the A43 Silverstone - Towcester Dual Carriageway, just south of Towcester, 50M after the roundabout, on the opposite side to the BP station.
