Stenna Line MCN Code

Just had a look at booking my Harwich to Hook of Holland ferry for next Mays trip.
The reduction code according to MCN is A625.
Entering this makes no difference at all to the price.

Anyone know of another code?

I have been having a play with times and the MCN code (A625) and found out that if you are booking
near to your departure date you will get a 10% discount. If you are booking like I am for a date which is
8 months in the future the code makes no difference whatsoever, obviously the cost is a lot cheaper (half).

After a bit of digging around I did find out that Stenna and several other ferry companies will take
Tesco travel vouchers as payment. Now this is the interesting bit, when you contact Tesco clubcard
they will exchange your clubcard vouchers for travel tokens at four times the value. So for ?30 of Tesco
vouchers you will get ?120 of travel tokens.

Just paid for my trip next June (not May as I first thought).

I got £140 of travel vouchers for £35 of Tesco clubcard tickets.
So the crossing Harwich to Hook of Holland with a cabin each way has just cost me nowt, feck all. @tu*

The travel vouchers are valid for 6 months but you can book a trip well into the future.

Two things to note...
1. Tesco are reducing the travel vouchers to 3 for 1 on 6th December,
so if you want to do the exchange do it NOW and you'll get 4 for 1.

2. The instructions for booking say you have to buy flexi tickets which are £10 more expensive
but do give you the option to change ferry times at the last minute subject to there being a vacancy.
The lass I spoke to said that isnt the case you can also book the economy tickets as well.

Thats something I always do, I know that I have to leave on a certain date but the return
trip can be flexible.
