Yep, and unfortunately nothing will ever change that. Don't matter who's in charge or what regime, we will always get shafted. It's the way of the world, mate.

Thatcher shafted whole communities & industries & people are still singing her praises

The only way to show our feelings & change things is by voting, the last two General elections both Bev & I have voted BNP & the thing that really makes me laugh is listening to people spouting about immigrants etc but won't vote BNP because they deem them to be a racist party.
Then there are those who bleat "I'd like to vote BNP or ukip but I don't want to waste my vote so I voted Tory/Labour"

Whilst I understand where you are coming from let me put it another way, if a Police Officer shoots someone in the back then it is deemed that the shooting is unlawful as the person was not facing the Officer so posed no danger.

Thatcher gave the order to sink the Belgrano whilst it was not in the imposed exclusion zone & was sailing away.
Unlawful killing she should have faced a trial & let twelve people decide her guilt/innocence.

Where do you stand on who's responsible for de Menezes' killing? Shooter or commander?

FFS, she was the mouthpiece for the government and you know perfectly well the decisions of the day were not just hers alone. I'm neither for or against her but just glad someone had the balls to bring the unions into line. It was the unions who destroyed the industries. Instead of protecting their members, (brothers), they became worse than the fat cat bosses they were supposed to protect their members from. Got to agree with you about BNP and UKIP though. Unfortunately, any right minded person wouldn't want the result of such extreme people in power. Just give us a strong person to lead the government and reclaim our country from the immigrant invasion. Any suggestions?

The Unions were fighting to save jobs & to stop cheap foreign labour coming in from the likes of Poland, maybe some Union leaders did get above their stations but if we still had strong unions we would not be accepting piss poor wages for a hard days work.

Ah but TT

Look cuntybollox. For a self elected pedant, you're pretty shite :wank: at it and this aint the first time I've noticed too. There's been loadsa times when ya pedantry has been shite, but I could never be arsed to point it out. The same applies to Dezza Kellyies :-0) peduntry. You have to be perfect all the time and you two fekkas are far from that. In fact, you could both be Ironic Pedants. Furthemore, Bill the Pedant and Derek the Pedant could almost be thought of as oxyfekkinmornic couldn't they?

Regarding number one; I know you weren't asking a question ya dense old ladyparts. It was a fekkin rhetorical one. The second one? It's all in the way in which it is spoken; have you not heard of inflection? :wank:

Now go fook yasself back to Pedant College and take that ladyparts gary from Bedford too ( and that's gary with a small "g" as he's a ladyparts too.) . Ya can put him in the spelling class with the infants. ( Cue "but I'm dislexik, how very dair yew  ") Yea, they all fekkin say that. Tough shite. :wank:

Oops, pass the net. I've got a biggun here. Fekkin yawn.

.......and breathe ( whilst Bill and Dezza furiously study this post for the slightest of errors to gleefully point out) Fekkin Tossers.

Now, back to the OP. I too fekkin hate top boxes.

"The lady's not for turning" was the quote, not "We are not for turning"

She brought the unions into line at the cost of the workers, she had an agenda & she was completely single minded in her intentions without giving a second thought to the destruction she would bring, her stubborn attitude ruined the future of Britain.

Unfortunately BNP & UKIP seem to be the only parties with any intention of tackling the real problems with this country & for that I am willing to give them a chance it has got to be better than what we've had for god knows how long.

I think you must have been living on a different planet in the 70s. If someone picked up the wrong tool it could result in industrial action. Small minded shop stewards who were just hell bent on getting one over on the management.

good looking AND modest
They were as bad as one another, Thatcher and the Unions, sure fire way of "us" losing out whilst those "in power" wave their willie's at each other!!:wank:
As for immigrants coming here and working, I don't have a problem with that "we did the same thing in the 70's/80's likes of "Aufiderzein pet" told the story, what bugs me is the jobs that "don't exist" for "our" unemployed are being done by the foreigners, if THEY can find the work how come the idle bastards, like some of these in my village cant find it!! :dunno:

I wasn't allowed to be part of a Union in the 70's as I was in the RN but I did feel the wrath of the dockyard workers union, we had a blocked toilet in our mess & after three days of the dockyard workers union trying to decide whose job it was to clear it I put on a long black rubber glove & cleared it myself, the dockies nearly went on strike.

I know the unions carried a punch in the 70's but no more so than in previous years.

In the 80's the POA was regarded as the most militant union. When the Government started to attack our wage & pensions we did not go on strike but we did cut out working overtime for a period, then the shit hit the fan with riots breaking out at many prisons. out of a sense of duty we decided that we had proved to the Government that prisons were run on the good will of the staff & we called off the overtime ban, the Government took no notice & then began the shafting, breaking every promise they had made.

At that time she had got the police warmly wrapped in her bubble so they would willingly do her bidding, how they must be regretting it now.

Those twats in Northern Ireland deserve all they get. We've bent over backwards for the inbred twats and they still don't get it said:
What the fuck are you talking about. You make an off the cuff statement from your warrior keyboard with the in depth knowledge of a gnat. You know nothing.......... you've not lived nor grown up there, you think we're all like that. I've lived my life over there and been threatened with death on numerous occasions because I REFUSED to take sides and to this day am extremely happy to have friends that were/are soldiers, coppers & friends from both sides of the divide. Today I live and love a wonderful lass from the other "side". Anyone here that has had the pleasure of meeting her will attest to this.
Derek, you fucking disappoint me, for all your comment (welcome as they normally are) you've lost the plot on this one.

If you are gonna make such crass statements on something then at the very least speak from experience NOT PATHETIC fucking RHETORIC.

AS ALWAYS, VERY HAPPY TO DISCUSS AT LENGTH, YOU COULD BOTH DO WITH A GOOD FUCKING CUDDLE.:bang::bang:

Paddy............................ yes ex Norn Iron and fucking proud as is my lurvly fiancée
