Hi all,
Daughter had a package delivered from amazon the other day (hoola hoop) which she never ordered now it seems
had another (dog pool) today, phoned amazon and was told not to worry as they have not got into her account.
Seems like some sort of scam to me, but no idea how it works !!
I did say if anyone comes round for it just tell them that you've no idea what they are talking about, as nothing been delivered here.
Any idea what its all about.

It's a scam, I've heard companies give away items and then put up that they have sold so many items gets them a good name

One hula hoop is rubbish.

A whole packet, that’s worth having.

I've heard of this happening a few times, it's called 'Brushing' usually so the seller can say they've sold lots of the item, then write a fake review. It also means that whoever is sending you this stuff has your name & address. Bearing in mind you're not their customer, what are they doing with it? It's likely to be a breach of GDPR.

Amazon say this should be reported to them
