I cannot see any probs with parallels ( had enough of them over the years ) and even if it has got a KPH speedo that is no biggy, as I do the electronis converter for under ?60...
If it was not an import I would say between 4500 and 4900 ( the milage is a tad high for the year which will knock a few 100 off , so closer to the 4500 )..
This is from a dealer mind.. I have NO idea what the private sale value is..other than the fact that all Birds are worth MORE this year than last !! ( the 99 one has actually gone UP and 100 quid ! )
New... gawd knows mate.. I would be inclined to look at a dealers pre-registered one.. Hardly any milage ( if any at all ) and usually way cheaper than a new import...
