Reckon they may well have a rethink before then..Or else bang goes ALL tourism, and deliveries may be back to the train and horse and cart
Maybe the automotive industry will have made HUGE advances in the next ten years ( certainly possible ) and MAYBE the govn will have sorted out an anfrastructure capable of supporting an all electric transport grid, but that is really unlikely
