The older I get the less alcohol I drink.

These days I am perfectly happy drinking in company/socially, but rarely touch the stuff otherwise.

I bumped into,a chap that I vaguely know a few days ago,just as he was going into his house - he lives alone- carrying two four packs of lager....with a big grin he said he was going to spend the afternoon drinking it while watching the football. Struck me how sad it was.
Watching the football? I agree. Very sad indeed. On the upside he prolly needed alcohol to put up with it. Overpaid poofters dancing around after a bag of wind!

I had a rummage through the drinks cabinet this afternoon 22 dusty bottles of liqueurs brought on sunny holidays lurking st the back.
