We hired a skip the other day, they couldn’t collect it because of the snow, my daughter was walking her dogs & afterwards came to our house & told us there is a bag of rubbish down a local country lane, I went armed with a bin bag & cleared it up, sure enough it had been removed from our skip, ripped open & scattered, I imagine they may be looking for personal information.
