I have been in an F2 chair around Mallory Park, painful and terrifying in equal parts

But was it fun?
It was but never again !
The lad riding said if I am going too quick for you just give me a tap and I will pull in, it took me from most of the lap to find a way to punch him in the ribs, how the hell anyone can do six laps of that never mind the TT is beyond me

I think you have to be crazy to do that but even crazier to ride a sidecar in motorcross I use to know some one who raced them he had a big crash he picked himself up and borrowed another outfit for the next race

I fitted a chassis to my G12CSR to allow me to ride it on L plates. 200 yards later it was unbolted as it tried to kill me. Much safer riding without it and no L plates either.

Do I recall something called I think a Side winder that could be placed on a bike to get round license legislation....

Yes there was, but my G12 was around 1971/72 and the sidewinder was a while later. I found it easier to ride without a licence
